The rules and/or regulations set forth herein are designed to provide for the orderly conduct of racing events and to establish minimum acceptable requirements for such events. These rules shall govern the condition of all events, and by participating in these events, all participants are deemed to have complied with these rules.  NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF SAFETY SHALL RESULT FROM PUBLICATIONS OF OR COMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES AND OR REGULATIONS.  They are intended as a guide for the conduct of the sport and are in no way a guarantee against injury or death to a participant, spectator, or official.
The race director shall be empowered to permit reasonable and appropriate deviation from any of the specifications herein or impose any further restrictions that in his/her opinion does not alter the minimum acceptable requirements.  NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF SAFETY SHALL RESULT FROM SUCH ALTERATION OF SPECIFICATIONS.  Any interpretation or deviation of these rules is left to the discretion of the officials. Street Stocks

 
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND FRAME RULES
1. This class is open to 1965 or newer American made cars with a factory

   minimum wheelbase of 108 inches or an aftermarket replica of a
   stock/OEM factory frame with all Stock/OEM factory suspension mounting point
   in place, also a legal IMCA Mod. Frame with the engine moved forward. Front
   clipped frame cars that meet all the rules. (see diagrams)
        a.   All frames/chassis must be approved by the track.
        b.   No four-wheel drive or front wheel drive cars.
        c.   Some OEM/Stock frame cars are eligible for a 200-pound weight

             reduction. 
       (Any questions call Track Tech.)
2. The frame may be shortened, but must maintain a 107-inch wheel base

  measured from center of lower ball joint to center of rear end housing with car
  at ride height. (see street stock/pure stock wheel base rule diagram)
   a. The frame may be cut off in front of the steering box/idler arm and
      replaced with tubing equal in strength.
   b. The frame may be cut off from the center of the rear end housing back
       and be replaced with square tubing equal in strength.
3. All suspension mounting points must remain stock except for the front upper 

   control arm mounts, all four top spring cups and the shock mounts to receive the
   weight reduction.
    a. Adjustable spring cups and jacking bolts with or without spring buckets will

       be allowed.
4. Engine Location
   a. Option #1
       If engine is installed in stock location it must meet the stock location maximum

       measurement of 15 inches.
       If measurement is met the car will receive a weight penalty reduction.
      (see weight and engine location diagram)
   b. Option #2
       If engine is installed with the center of the number one cylinder in line with

       the center line of the upper ball joints, 
       This engine location must meet the maximum measurement of 18 inches.
      All cars using this option must have 30 pounds of removeable weight mounted

      in front of the upper A-arm      (see weight and engine location diagrams)  
5. Must have six-point roll cage. (see cage rules)
6. Must have a complete body and should resemble a factory body. (see body rules)
7. The body must be mounted centered over the frame.
8. Camaro clip cars will be allowed.
   a. can be eligible for stock frame 200lbs weight reduction if all the following

      rules are met.     
   b. The middle and rear frame must be made with 1.5x3x.095 tubing minimum.
   c. Front and rear clips must be centered. (NO offset rollcage)
   d. The leaf spring mounts must be mounted centered on the frame.
   e. Any type of leaf spring mount bushings allowed.
   f. The mounts may be adjustable.
   g. The distance between the front and rear spring mounts must be the same as

       factory.  (Front to back and left to right)    
   h. See front clip cars frame rules and diagram option #1 for more Information.
                    
                            
                         FRONT SUSPENSION AND STEERING RULES
1. Front lower control arms must be oem/stock.
   a. Any type of bushings may be used.
   b. May change ball joint to any type, but must remain in stock location.
2. Front upper control arms and mounts can be changed to any aftermarket

   or homemade a-arm assembly.
3. Adjustable spring cups and jacking bolts with or without spring buckets will be

   allowed on all 4 corners.
   a. No remote adjusters of any kind.
4. Stock/oem sway bars front and rear will be allowed.
5. The steering gear box, Idler arm, center link, and inner tie rods must be    
   OEM/Stock as per frame.
   a. the outer tie rods may be heims etc...
   b. the tie rod sleeves may be aftermarket.
6. OEM/Stock spindles only GM for GM, Ford for Ford, ect...
7. Stock steering shaft rag joint must be removed.
8. Steering quickeners allowed.
9. Quick-release steering wheel with safety pad mandatory.                
            
             REAR SUSPENSION RULES FOR OEM/STOCK AND STOCK REPLICA FRAME CARS
1. All upper and lower control arm mounts on the frame must be in stock location.
2. Lower rear controls arms may be aftermarket or homemade but must be
   OEM/Stock length + or - one inch.
   a. Any type of bushing may be used.
   b. Must mount in stock hole on frame
   c.  Must maintain factory angle to rear end housing.
   d. The lower rear control arm mounting brackets on the housing must be the

      same on both sides and welded to the housing in the same location and angles
      on both sides.
   e. The lower rear control arm mounting brackets on the housing can have

       adjustable holes but no holes can be lower
       than 5.75 inches down from the center of the axle tube.
   f. No rear control arm can be self-adjustable. (No spring rods, etc.)
3. Upper rear control arms may be stock, aftermarket or homemade.
   a.  Must maintain OEM/Stock length + or - 1 inch.
   b. No rear control arm can be self-adjustable. (No spring rods, etc.)
   c. Any type of bushing may be used.
   d. Must mount in stock hole on frame and maintain factory angle.
   e. The upper rear control arm mounting brackets on the housing must be the same        on both sides and welded to the housing in the same location and angles on

      both sides.
   f. The upper rear control arm mounting brackets on the housing can have

      adjustable holes.
4. Adjustable spring cups and jacking bolts with or without spring buckets will be

    allowed on all 4 corners.
   a. No remote adjusters of any kind.
5. Coil springs must mount on top of the axle tube and at the same location side to

   side, front or back, and up and down.
      a. The spring cannot be more than 1.5 inches’ front to back of the center

         line of the axle.
6. Any OEM/Stock frame car that meets all the above rules will be eligible for a

    200-pound weight reduction.
7. Any OEM/Stock frame car that does not meet all the above rules above will not

    receive the 200lbs OEM/Stock frame weight reduction.
8. All cars must have minimum weight posted by right front windsheild post.
9. Camaro clip cars will be allowed.
     a. can be eligible for stock frame 200lbs weight reduction.

      (Any questions call track tech.)     

                                     REAR SUSPENSION RULES     

            FOR IMCA MOD. FRAME CARS AND FRONT CLIP CARS
1. The rear suspension must be a 3 link with no spring loaded or bisket type bars

   of any kind. 
2. The lower control arms frame mounting points must be centered with the

   front frame section.
     a. The lower control arms front mounting point can not be lower than the 

        cars side frame rails, or higher than 4 inches up from the bottom of
        the frame rails.
3. The mounting brackets on the rear for the lower control arms must be

   welded on. (no floating brackets of any kind)
     a. Mounting bracket on the rear must be the same on both sides and can

        have adjustable holes but no lower than 5.75 inches down from center
        of housing.  
4. The lower control arms must be the same length + or - one inch and have a min.

   of 5/8 dia. heim. and bolt.
     a. Cannot be any longer than 24 inches long.
     b. They can be made of steel or alum.
5. The third link/pull bar must be solid with a min. dia. of 5/8 inch hiem. and bolt.
    a. No spring loaded/bisket type or self-adjustable third link/pull bar.
    b. The third link/pull bar mount on the top of the rear cannot be any higher

      than 8-inches.
    c. third link/pull bar must be mounted within 4 inches of the center line of

      the car. (side to side and front to back)
    d. the third link/pull bar cannot be longer than 32 inches
    e. the third link/pull bar can be made of steel or alum.
6. Jacking bolts and coil springs are mandatory.
    a. No coil overs or coil over eliminators.
    b. The coil springs must mount on top of the axle tube and at the same

      location side to side, up and down, and front to back.
    c. the spring cannot be more than 1.5 inches’ front or back of the center line

       of the axle.
    d. The jacking bolts must be mounted centered over the rear end housing

       spring cup.
7. Any type pan hard bar may be used. (j-bar of full length)                               
                                        

                                          ENGINES AND LOCATIONS
1. Engine Location
   a. Option #1
       If engine is installed in stock location it must meet the stock location

       maximum measurement of 15 inches.
       If measurement is met the car will receive a weight reduction.
      (see weight and engine location diagram)
   b. Option #2
       If engine is installed with the center of the number one cylinder in line

       with the center line of the upper ball joints, 
       the car must meet the maximum measurement of 18 inches.     
   c. All cars using this option must have 30 pounds of removeable weight

      mounted in front of the upper A-arms.  
      (see weight and engine diagrams) 
2. Solid motor mounts allowed.
3. Cast iron oem/factory block only. (Maximum 4.060 bore)
4. No 400 cubic inch blocks allowed.
5. Any cast iron head allowed.
6. Any steel wet sump oil pan allowed.
7. Any steel harmonic balancer allowed.
8. No roller lifter or mushroom lifters.
9. Any stock/oem production 2 barrel or 4-barrel intake manifold, cast iron or
   aluminum will be allowed as long as it is not over 4.5 inches deep must be

   dual plane and not a air gap intake.
10. Any Edelbrock performer intake manifold that is duel plane and is not a

     air gap intake will be allowed.
11. Jegs intake manifolds Part #555-513000 and #555-513002 will be allowed.
12. Only one carburetor spacer/adapter can be used and cannot be over

    1.25 inches thick with 2 gaskets.
13. No remote mounted oil filters or coolers.
14. GM crate engine Part #88958602, #19258602 and # 88869602 are the only

    allowed crate engines.
      a. All GM 602 crate engines rules apply even RPM limiting Chip Rule’
      b. Track reserves the right to request further technical inspection by

         track officials’.

                   STREET STOCK ENGINE CLAIM FEE IS $4100.00 CASH.
           STREET STOCK INTAKE MANIFOLD CLAIM FEE IS $300.00 CASH.

                                                      CARBURETOR
1. Limited to one stock 4412 or one 4412XP & HP holley carburetor.
2. Carburetor must have choke horn but all hardware can be removed,

    (4412xp & hp exempt)
3. Carburetor must pass all no-go gauge checks.
4. No modification to pick up air from any source other than through top of carb.
5. The following changes may be made to carb.
   a. Jets, power valves, air bleeds, emulsion bleeds, float, needle/seat, and pump cam.
   b. You may drill idle holes in butterflies.
   c. You may block off vacuum ports.
   d. You may weld linkage plate to shaft.
   e. You may install new shaft bushings.
   f. You may tighten booster.
6. GM 602 crate engines can run a holley 650 CFM carburetor part #4777 or

   #80777 only. (must pass go/no-go gauge test)
                                    
              
               STREET STOCK CARBURETOR CLAIM FEE IS $600.00 CASH.

​                                                  FUEL SYSTEM
1. Gasoline only. Maximum of 32-gallon fuel cell with foam and rollover
   valve Mandatory.
     a. Must be mounted to frame or roll cage in the trunk area.
2. All fuel lines and fittings must be suitable for racing fuel.
3. Fuel shut off valve is mandatory and mounted in reach of the driver and
   safety personnel. ON/OFF must be clearly marked.
4. Mechanical block mounted stock/oem style fuel pumps ONLY.
                                          

                                                 
                                                       IGNITION
1. Stock/oem style electronic ignition system only with coil in the cap.
2. No traction control or timing altering devices allowed.
3. No digital tachometers.
4. No crank trigger ignitions or multi coil systems



                                        HEADERS/EXHAUST
1. Headers will be allowed with a maximum tube diameter of 1 5/8 inch.
2. Cast iron exhaust manifolds will be allowed.
3. Cross over headers are allowed but no 180-degree header allowed.
4. The exhaust underneath the car must exit behind the driver, if not under the 
   car the exhaust must exit out of the right side body panels.
5. No crankcase evacuation type systems, two into one exhaust or H pipes allowed.
6. Mufflers are mandatory.



                                             COOLING SYSTEM
1. No electric water pumps.
2. No flex fans or aluminum fans.
3. Any pulleys allowed.
4. Any radiator but must remain in stock location.       


                                                    DRIVETRAIN
1. Transmission, any stock/oem or any aftermarket racing transmission will be allowed.  (bert, falcon, brinn, ect...​)
   a. Any car running a stock/oem automatic with working converter, non-direct
       drive will receive a 100-pound weight reduction.
    b. Any car running a stock/oem standard shift transmission with a
        working clutch assembly. will receive a 100-pound weight reduction.
2. Rear end housing, stock/oem type only. No quick-change rears.  
   a. Ford 9-inch floater rears allowed.
   b. All components must be steel. (internal and External)
   c. Welded, locked or spools allowed.
   d. No ratchet type differentials or traction control devices of any kind allowed.
   e. Lower control arm bracket hole cannot be any lower than 5.75 inches from
      the center of axle tube.
   f. All control arm mounting points must be welded to the rear end housing
3. Drive shafts, must be painted white.
   a. Cannot be smaller the 2 inches in diameter.
   b. Must have 2 steel safety hoops one in front, one in rear.
   c. No aluminum, carbon, or half shafts allowed.  
                                          
                                                  
                                                      WEIGHT
       PLEASE READ ALL WEIGHT RULES TO DETERMINE YOUR CARS FINAL WEIGHT.

1. All cars must weigh a minimum of 3130 pounds after racing with driver, if the car     is not eligible for any weight reductions. Zero tolerance, No allowance for
   fuel or water loss.
   a. If the car meets All OEM/Stock Frame and Rear Suspension Requirements,
      the car is Eligible for a 200 pound weight reduction.
      (Any questions call track tech)
   b. All cars are eligible for a 100-pound weight reduction for having a
      Stock/OEM transmission. (see drivetrain rules)
   c. Option#1. Any car that has engine installed in stock location “Option #1 
      and meets the 15 inches measurement is eligible for a 30-pound engine
      location weight reduction. (see engine location diagram)
  d. Option#2.  Any car that has the engine installed with the center of the
      number one cylinder in line with the center line of the upper ball joints must
      meet the measurement of 18 inches “Option#2” in engine rules must have 30
      pounds of removable weight mounted in front of the upper A-arms.
     (see engine location diagram)
  e. Any car that cannot meet the maximum 18-inch measurement in the engine
     location Option#2 will be disqualified.
      (see engine location diagram)
2. All cars must have final weight displayed on car in the passenger side
   fender/hood area.
3. All added weights must be BOLTED SECURELY and Painted a bright color,
   and have car number on it.
4. Any car losing a weight during a race will be disqualified. 
5. The track scales will determine legal weight. Zero Tolerance.



                                        WHEELS AND TIRES
1. Maximum 8-inch wide steel wheels only, No aluminum, magnesium, or carbon wheels.
2. May be any offset.
3. Bead locks are allowed.
4. 1-inch steel lug nuts mandatory, with at least 1/2-inch diameter studs.
5. Five lugs per wheel.
6. American racer and Hosier 26.5/8.0-15 and 27.5/8.0-15 stocker, e-mod, or ump
   tires in medium or hard compound will be allowed. 
  (No soft or medium 100 compounds allowed.)
     a. American racer 245/70/15 tires with Dirt compound will be allowed.
     b. Any D.O.T. tire that measures less than  10 3/4 inches wide on a 8" rim with
       10 pounds of air in it will be allowed. (No snow or aggressive treads.)
     c. All size and compound markings must be visible on all tires.
     d. All tires must be approved by track tech.
7. Grooving, siping, and grinding tires is allowed.                                                          


                                                   SHOCKS AND SPRINGS​
1. Any non-adjustable steel body shock will be allowed.
   a. Only one shock per wheel.
   b. Can be mounted with any safe shock mount.
   c. Mounts can be adjustable.
2. No aluminum body shocks, coil overs, sliders, and coil over eliminators allowed.
3. Any shock may be claimed for $150.00. (See Claim Rules)
4. Any steel, stock/oem or aftermarket racing spring will be allowed.
   a. only one spring per wheel.                                      
                 

                                                        BODIES
1. Any stock/oem, aftermarket, or homemade body will be allowed but should resemble stock.
   a. It may be constructed out of .040 or thicker aluminum.
   b. No fiberglass bodies.
   c. Bodies must be centered over frame.
   d. All glass, molding and interior components must be removed.
   e. Late model style cockpits will be allowed but must be made of 20-gauge steel
      or .080 aluminum or thicker. sidewalls and holes must be sealed.
   f. Floor boards must be made of 16-gauge steel or .120 aluminum or thicker.
               (1-inch maximum diameter hole for drain)
   g. Stock/oem floor boards may be used but all holes must be patched and
      firewalls sealed off from drivers’ compartment.
   h. No sharp edges or you will not be allowed to compete.                                               


                                                 ROLL CAGE RULES
1. A complete six-point cage is mandatory.
   a. All six mounting points must be welded to factory frame, or a added frame rail that is equal in strength.
   b. 1.5-inch diameter and .095 wall thickness tubing will be the minimum allowed.
   c. The track reserves the right to drill a test hole at anytime.
   d. Cage must have 3 door bar on each side.
   e. Drivers side door bars must have a minimum of 2 vertical bars tying them together and to the frame rail.
   f. The cage must have 2 cross bars one below and one above the windshield opening. (side to side)
   g. The cage must have 1 one-inch vertical bar down center of windshield area.
   h. The cage must have 2 rear cross bars (side to side). The top one must be 2 inches above drivers’ head and the one in the middle should be at top door bar height.
   i. The cage must have three roof bars (front to rear) one on each side and one in the middle area. These bars must clear drivers head and leave room to extract driver thru roof.
   j. The cage must have 2 rear down posts from the top rear cross bar down to the rear frame rails.
   k. Any roll cage the track determine as unsafe will not be allowed to compete



                                     BUMPERS AND NERF BARS
1. All bumpers and bumper support bars must be securely bolted or welded to   frame.
2. All bumpers ends must be capped, turned in, and have NO SHARP EDGES.
3. No cowcatcher or severely over built bumpers will be allowed.
4. All cars must have TOW HOOKS on front and rear of car, easily accessible
   by tow truck operators without removing hood.
5. Nerf bar are optional between front and rear wheels and from rear wheel to   back bumper.
   a. Must be no bigger than 1.5 inches in diameter.
   b. Can only be one pipe.
   c. Cannot stick out no more than 1.5 inches’ past tire side wall.
   d. All edges must be capped and turned in with no sharp edges.
 ANY CAR WITH UNCAPPED OR SHARP EDGES ON NERFS AND/OR BUMPERS
                               WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO COMPETE


                                                     BRAKES
1. Must have 4-wheel brakes operable from drivers’ seat.
2. Stock/oem style single piston calipers only.
3. 4-wheel disc brakes allowed
4. Dual master cylinder with balance bars and remote adjusters are allowed.
5. Right front brake shut off allowed but must be in reach of driver.
6. No aluminum rotors 
                                   
   
                                               ROOF
1. Any stock/oem, aftermarket, or homemade roof will be allowed but must be
   approved by track.
   a. It may be constructed out of steel, fiberglass, or .080 aluminum minimum.
   b. No half roofs or roof spoilers.
   c. Must be centered over body.

                                                   HOOD
1. Any Stock/OEM, aftermarket, or homemade hood will be allowed but must be approved by track.
   a. It may be constructed out of steel, fiberglass, or aluminum at least .040 thick.
   b. Hood scoops will be allowed. Maximum 3-inches tall and 21-inches wide.

                       FENDERS, DOORS, QUARTER PANELS, AND TRUNK LID
1. Any stock/oem, aftermarket, or homemade fenders, doors, quarter panels, and
   trunk lid will be allowed but must be approved by track.
   a. They may be constructed out of steel or aluminum at least .040 thick.
   b. Should resemble factory.
                             

                                               SEAT/INTERIOR
1. A Aluminum seat is mandatory, minimum .095 thick.
   a. Seat must be a high back.
   b. Seat must be bolted in with a minimum of six 3/8-inch diameter bolts. (4 in bottom and 2 in back)
   c. Seat must be bolted to frame or roll cage.
2. Car must have a 5-point racing seat belt harness and mounted properly.
   a. Harness must be bolted to frame of roll cage with at least 3/8-inch diameter
      bolts
3. All bars in drivers contact area must be covered with roll bar padding. (no pipe insulation)
4. Window net is mandatory and the driver must be able to open it from the seat.
5. All pedals must be in stock location in drivers’ compartment. (no hand clutch etc.)
6. No Cable operated throttles allowed.
7. Gas pedal must have TOE LIFT LOOP.
8. Driver must be protected by a sealed front and rear firewalls and both
    sidewalls made with a minimum of 20-gauge steel or .080 aluminum.
9. Cockpit floor must be made from 16-gauge steel or .120 aluminum or thicker.
 (1-inch maximum diameter hole for drain)
10. The ignition switch must be clearly marked on/off.
11. A master kill switch is mandatory and should be placed where the driver and
     safety personnel can reach it. Must be clearly marked on/off.
12. A fuel shut off is mandatory and should be placed where the driver and
     safety personnel can reach it. Must be clearly marked on/off
13. The battery cannot be mounted in drivers’ compartment.  


                                    
                                               UPPER QUARTER PANELS
1. Any stock/oem, aftermarket, or homemade upper quarter panels will be allowed
   but must be approved by track.
   a. It may be constructed out of steel or aluminum at least .040 thick.
   b. Panels Must not be oversize. NO SAIL PANELS

                                              
                                                         NOSE PIECE
1. Must have nose piece. It may be stock/oem or aftermarket replica.
   a. No fiberglass.
   b. Must fit body correctly.
   c. No late model type flares.                                    


                                                           REAR PANEL
1. Aftermarket tail piece recommended.
   a. It may be constructed out of steel or aluminum at least .040 thick.
   b. Must be a minimum of 8 inches tall.
   c. Car number must be displayed on rear panel. ( 6 inch number minimum)


                                                        REAR SPOILER
1. Spoiler may be made of lexan or aluminum at least .040 thick.
   a. Maximum height is 6 inches.
   b. Must not be adjustable.
   c. Spoiler sides may not exceed 6 inches in height or 20 inches in length and
      must not extend beyond the main spoiler.
